CapitaMall Trust (CMT) is a publicly owned real estate investment arm
of CapitaLand Ltd. The firm invests in income producing retail properties.
It invests in the real estate markets of Singapore. CapitaMall Trust was
founded in October, 2001 and is based in Singapore.



In May 2011, CMT took a 30.0% stake in a joint venture to develop a prime
 land parcel at Jurong Gateway, marking its first foray into greenfield developments.
The land parcel has a prime location next to both Jurong East MRT station (an
interchange station with two major train lines) and Jurong East bus interchange.
Jurong is set to be the largest regional centre in Singapore for commercial
developments outside the city centre. Under the URA’s Jurong Gateway project,
the precinct will feature a mix of office, retail, hotel, entertainment, food & beverage
and other complementary uses. Jurong Gateway is about 2.5 times the size of
Tampines Regional Centre.
The new retail and office site will continue the transformation of the area into an
attractive destination for business and leisure serving more than 3,000 multinational
and global businesses in the Jurong and Tuas areas. Including neighbouring towns
such as Clementi, Bukit Batok, Jurong East and Jurong West, there is a catchment
of one million residents.
Subject to planning approval from URA, the shopping mall is expected to have five
 levels including one basement level. The one-stop family mall will both cater to
residents’ everyday needs and offer specialty shops. CMT’s 30.0% share of the
total development cost is approximately S$450.0 million

吃干酪的实验,其对象是三组学生与三组老鼠。
   他对第一组学生说:“你们太幸运了,因为你们将跟一群天才老鼠

在一起。这群聪明的老鼠将迅速通过迷阵抵达终点,然后吃许多干酪,所
以你们必须多准备些干酪放在终站。”
   他对第二组学生说:“你们将跟一群普通的老鼠在一起。这群平庸

的老鼠最后还是会通过迷障抵达终点,然后吃一些干酪。因为它们智能
平平,所以期望不要太高。”
   他对第三组学生说:“很抱歉,你们将跟一群笨老鼠在一起。这群

笨老鼠的表现会很差,不太可能通过迷障到达终点,因此你们根本不用
准备干酪。”
   六个星期之后,实验结果出来了。天才老鼠迅速通过迷阵,很快就

抵达终点;普通老鼠也到达终点,不过速度很慢;至于愚笨的老鼠,只
有一只通过迷障抵达终点。
   有趣的是,其实根本没有什么天才老鼠与笨老鼠,它们全都是同一

窝的普通老鼠。这些老鼠之所以表现有天壤之别,完全是因为实验的学生
受了罗伯特博士的影响,对他们态度不同所产生的结果,学生们当然不懂
老鼠的语言,然而老鼠知道学生对它们的态度。
   此一实验证明了态度的神奇力量。因此,一个人要成功,除了努

力之外,必须具备正确的态度。

金规模需求巨大的房地产行业。在REITs出现以前,投资者只能从房地
产市场(而不是股票市场)上购买房地产。然而,随着REITs的出现,
在股票市场上进行股票交易就成为了可能,因为它们以公司或信托的
形式出现。投资者在股票市场上购买了REITs股票,就相当于购买了房
地产和抵押贷款。因此,REITs的出现,使得小额投资者也可以进行房
地产投资了。

REITs和上市房地产公司的区别:现代意义上的REITs确实是一上市房地
产公司,但却是特殊的上市房地产公司:REITS在投资政策上是有限制的
,比如REITS需要额外融资,须得到基金持有人的许可,且投资产业必须
与投资策略一致;REITs有最高的负债比率限制,其负债比率低于上市房
地产公司;REITs的股利分配政策是把收入的大多数分配给投资者;但国
内的上市房地产公司并非REITs:上市房地产公司投资政策没有限制,可
自由投资在物产、空置土地、房地产开发和其它非相关物产的企业活动;
上市房地产公司没有最高负债比率限制,由于参与房地产开发,负债比率
较REITs高;上市房地产公司的股利分配政策也可以另外多变,甚至可以
不分配。

食 - 海带豆腐汤





材料:
主料:嫩豆腐1块、海带100g、蘑菇50g
配料:干虾米10g,玉蜀黍,干贝
调料:盐
准备:
1,豆腐切成方的小块,海带结切菱形片
2,放入500ml清水烧开,加入玉蜀黍,干贝煲约15分钟
3,将切好的豆腐块放入汤中
4,大火烧开后转小火,将海带片放入汤中;
5,加入洗净沥干水分干虾米;蘑菇
6,中火煮3分钟,加入适量盐即可。


食 - 土豆焖鸡块



材料:小土豆,鸡肉,青蒜,姜,蒜
调味料:生抽,蚝油,砂糖,料酒
做法:
1,油热后放入蒜,姜块爆香
2,放入鸡块及1茶匙料酒炒至半熟
3,放入土豆继续翻炒直至土豆变金黄色
4,倒入生抽,蚝油,砂糖,清水
5,转小火加盖闷制
6,酱汁差不多收干后加入青蒜翻炒一下即可上桌

食 - 莲藕木耳炒肉片




【主料】莲藕一只、猪肉150克、黑木耳100克
【配料】葱、姜、辣椒干
【调料】盐、白糖、料酒
【做法】
1、莲藕削皮,木耳用凉水泡发后洗净,撕成小朵。五花肉一块。
2、五花肉去皮,切成薄片(最好冷冻一下再切,可以片的更薄一些)
3、莲藕切成薄片。
4、切好的莲藕不马上炒的话,最好泡在清水中,不易氧化变黑。
5、锅内倒入少许油,油热后,将生姜片、辣椒干丢进去煸出香味。
6、倒入肉片。翻炒至肉色发白。
7、下入莲藕片。
8、一勺白糖。半勺盐,快速翻炒均匀。
9、炒的时候,如果感觉有点儿干,可以稍微淋入少许清水。
10、放入黑木耳。翻炒下即可盛盘上桌

娱 - Ah Boys To Men

新电影刚上映,公司举办了员工Show Event,其实不是很想去,我的部门
没有人愿意观看这部电影,后来在老板的‘强逼‘下,大家只好乖乖就范。
这部电影的导演是梁志强,没有熟悉李国煌,阿南,辉哥参与这部电影。
故事开场来历不明的战机侵入新加坡,把象征新加坡的鱼尾狮,摩天轮,
赌场都炸毁了,新加坡民防部队开始捍卫国家。那一部场景就像世界大
战,人民被外来敌人攻击至遍体鳞伤。
其实整部电影主要描述新兵进入NS,训练和调整心态的过程。每个同事看
着电影笑声不断,娱乐笑点功夫十足。不愧是出自于梁志强的编导。
只可惜结尾不是那么完美,感觉故事交待不清楚。
